Due to weak demand from downstream customers and sufficient raw material stocks held by some producers, mainstream prices for zircon sand 65.5%min declined slightly in China in July. Affected by lower prices for raw material, mainstream transaction prices for zirconium oxychloride 36%min, fused zirconia 98.5%min and zirconium carbonate 40%min declined during July. In addition, prices for zirconium silicate 64.5%min and metallurgical grade zirconium sponge 99.4%min didn't witness any change in the Chinese market during the month.
