1.Market Highlights
Because July is the off season for traditional consumption of gallium metal 99.99%min, the spot market saw inactive deals, and orders generally were less than 500kg. Due to the gradual decline in production in the next two months in view of the decreasing output of Aluminium Oxide, Chinese gallium metal 99.99%min producers are not willing to mark down their offers, but consumers are not eager to make up their positions during the off season. Mainstream prices for the material stayed stable at RMB990-1,020/kg (USD141-145/kg) in whole July.
