Demand for black silicon carbide was still sluggish in June, and producers' inventories increased slowly
Green silicon carbide supply increased, and prices were loose, showing a declining trend. In May and June, two producers in Xinjiang resumed green silicon carbide production, so the market supply increased, which reduced the supply pressure of the market to a certain extent, resulting in a slight decrease in prices.
On the export side, the demand in the overseas market was still relatively quiet. The first grade black silicon carbide exports were relatively normal, while the second grade black silicon carbide exports decreased . The competition in the export market was fierce, resulting in the obvious decrease in export prices for second grade black silicon carbide . The prices for green silicon carbide grain sand and micro powder were generally stable and some segments such as F240-400 had a rising demand for coarse powder . Domestic prices and export prices all rose significantly.
. However, due to environmental inspections, prices for anthracite were firm, which eventually led to a slight decline in black silicon carbide prices .
