1. Market Highlights
Due to the VAT rate cut in early April, Chinese bismuth ingot 99.99%min market saw intensive purchases in late March and it began to be quiet from early April. As most producers sold lots of products at the end of March, they didn't bear great inventory pressure in early April and raised prices actively. But the prices moved down again, keeping at low levels due to weak demand. Insiders predicted that prices for the material tend to move down considering the weak demand and the auction of Fanya's nearly 19,000t of bismuth ingot 99.99%min.
