In early March, Chinese prebaked anode price continued moving down because of the oversupply but weak demand. In the middle of March, most prebaked anode producers in Zhengzhou of Henan remained out of production even though the heating season environmental protection policy is over.
From the second half of March, a number of Chinese steel makers resumed production, and the demand for graphite electrode increased, so the price became stable late March.
