1. Market Highlights
July and August are the slack season for Chinese indium ingot 99.99%min traditionally. After that, mainstream prices for the material began to decrease sharply in early September under the speculation pressure. In mid-September, the domestic mainstream prices for the material stopped dropping and began to be firm. In late September, prices started to rise smoothly on the support of speculative demand. But with the approach of the National Day holiday, the market saw more transactions than early-to-mid September. Consumers maintained rational procurement and did not make large and frequent purchases during the rebound of indium ingots 99.99%min prices.
