Prices for steel pipe increased nationwide in China during the month boosted by significant prices rises of raw materials as well as those in the steel futures market. Complaining high purchasing costs but limited orders for finished products, end users only purchased according to urgent needs in small quantities. Besides, the rigid downstream demand was insufficient influenced by continuous rains, both leading to a slow market.
