1. Market Highlights
Mainstream prices for Chinese bismuth ingot 99.99%min continued to decrease in June, with no signs of hitting the bottom in late the month. Due to stricter environmental inspections, small processing plants almost all suspended production, leading to oversupply and decreasing prices for materials containing bismuth. Large producers continued to accept orders as there was profit room owing to lower prices for raw materials. It is predicted that there would be no improvement in bismuth ingot prices in July.
