Prices of most stainless steel products went down further during this month on weak customer demand and decrease in steel mills' list prices. Customers without urgent need for materials were expecting the price to drop further and placing orders sparingly. Traders were not confident of the market outlook and refused to build large stockpiles. Insiders do not think the market will recover in the coming month.
