1. Market Highlights
Chinese bismuth ingot 99.99%min market ran slowly in March. Some producers had to reduce prices to lower than RMB70,000/t (USD11,115/t) to promote sales; while consumers made rare purchases of large quantity in March as they mainly consumed stocks built before the Spring Festival with weak demand. In February, there was a large increase in Chinese bismuth ingot export orders, which were mainly delivered before or after the Spring Festival holiday.
