1. Market Highlights
Mainstream prices for Chinese gallium metal 99.99%min showed an upward trend in December and climbed to RMB1,000/kg (USD154/kg) again in late the month, an increase of RMB50/kg (USD7.69/kg). The market mainly saw small orders of less than 1t as main consumers signed long-term orders with plants while producers except East Hope all carried out long-term orders and had limited stocks.
