Prices for welded pipe dropped sharply dragged by the significant price decline of steel billet, while those of seamless pipe increased slightly due to higher purchasing costs during the month. Sudden and continuous prices falling backs of construction steel heightened steel pipe market participants' confidence in the market outlook, and end users preferred to purchase according to urgent needs rather than place large orders, leading to a dim market.
