Prices for section steel increased obviously in most Chinese domestic markets during the month boosted by significant prices increases of raw materials as well as those of construction steel. Meanwhile, the market performance showed signs of improving since end users began to purchase actively seeing the upward price trend. Meanwhile, outputs from mills were cut obviously influenced by restrict environmental protection policies. Holding low inventories at hand, most traders were not burdened with any sales pressures and eager to lift prices. Considering the overall market inventory remains low, insiders think the price for section steel is likely to go on rising in December.
