Owing to strict regulation on environmental protection, mandatory production quotas and tax management, together with cracking down on illegal activities by central environment, Chinese PrNd, terbium, dysprosium and gadolinium products’ prices moved up this month. Even lanthanum and cerium oxide prices edged up due to limited sales on purpose. Insiders still held stocks from selling and predicted that the rare earth prices will show further increasing trend next month.
