Prices for welded pipe increased spirally in major Chinese domestic markets during the month, while those for seamless pipe declined slightly dragged down by the slow market. Besides, the overall market inventory was reduced obviously during the month. Meanwhile, both traders and customers adopted cautiously optimistic attitudes towards the market prospect. Insiders foresee a slight price increase in June.
