Chinese titanium-niobium market came into a stalemate in April. Worrying that prices will fall back in the future, consumers held a cautious attitude in purchasing. Smelters held limited stocks for raw material while overseas miners kept their quotations firm. Affected by continuously higher production costs caused by higher prices for raw material, prices for downstream titanium-niobium products increased accordingly in April and are expected to go up further in May.
