Affected by Spring Festival, market still didn’t resume normal trading an prices were stable. Domestic steel plants continued to postpone purchasing in late March and some plants decreased purchasing volumes. Plants held many stocks during Spring Festival and it was hard for them to sell. Prices showed downward momentum. Most domestic and overseas traders took a watchful attitude and manganese flake prices were in low levels in late March. It’s expected that manganese flake prices will remain in low levels in March.
