Chinese stainless steel prices remained upward during this month mainly supported by higher raw material costs and increase in steel mills’ list prices. However, the market sales performance did not improve under customers’ wait-and-see attitude. Traders were reluctant to build large stockpiles. Insiders do not expect the price to go up further in the coming month.
