Manganese flake prices were still on the downward trend in early and mid-September, however the upward trend was slowed down and almost turned to be stable in late September as operating rate increased late this month and the domestic tight supply was relieved to some degree. Although tender price continued to increase sharply in late September, the price for manganese flake still lacked upward momentum. The watchful attitude was tightened late this month with the approaching of the Chinese National Day holiday.
