Chinese molybdenum market saw increasing inquiries in September. As summer holiday came to an end, many consumers both at home and abroad returned to the market to make purchases. Molybdenum orders increased and the trading volume increased accordingly. Although molybdenum concentrate prices remained firm, major steel mills still pressed their purchasing prices down. As a result, Chinese ferromolybdenum prices still faced downwards pressure.
