Electrical steel prices maintained the downward trend during this month and the market performance was sluggish, lacking the support from downstream demand. However, the price of CRC, the raw material, increased sharply and it is likely to provide some support to electrical steel prices next month. Therefore, insiders don’t believe that Chinese electrical steel prices will fall further in August.
