In June, Chinese ferrosilicon market witnessed inactive buying activities and sliding prices. The market demand from steel mills and magnesium plants showed no signs of rebounding, so producers had to lower prices to compete for deals in late month. By the end of the month, prices for ferrosilicon 72%min and ferrosilicon 75%min moved down by RMB150/t.
