Electrical steel prices stopped increasing and began to fall this month with weak downstream demand the main reason for the reduction. The period from June to August is traditionally considered to be the off season for the downstream motor and transformer manufacturing industries. Therefore, insiders believe that Chinese electrical steel prices will fall further in July.
