In March, overall prices for molybdenum saw a slight decrease in the market, but prices for ferromolybdenum witnessed a significant decline due to tender prices from steel mills. As molybdenum concentrate producers saw little pressure from stocks with consumers still holding some stocks, molybdenum concentrate market continued to be in a standoff while downward pressures on prices gradually increased. The market demand for molybdenum chemicals and molybdenum products picked up step by step. However, the overall market was quiet with little activity.
