Prices for both welded and seamless pipe soared during the month, boosted by the rising price of raw materials, as well as the improved market performance. With limited stocks on hand, traders were eager to lift prices. End users began to purchase and build their stocks in view of the upward price trend, although the rigid demand wasn't yet strong enough. Insiders foresee a further price increase in April.
