HRC prices began to rebound from the second week of the month, mainly boosted by tight supply. As most mills suffered a lot in the first three quarters of 2015, and they had completed the yearly sales target, they were inactive in producing, which meant deliveries to the market shrank, leading to a price rise. However, as it was the traditional off-season and downstream demand was weak, the market performance remained unsatisfactory and showed no signs of recovering. Insiders predict a slight price increase next January.
