The demand for steel pipe continued to be insufficient during this month, and welded pipe prices demonstrated a downward trend. Though seamless pipe prices remained stable on the whole, the sales performance for most domestic seamless pipe traders was unsatisfying. Since the price of steel billet, the raw material, fell sharply at the end of this month, insiders believe steel pipe prices will go down next month.
