    From 2010 to 2014, Chinese enterprises accelerated the investment in the secondary lead industry and the production technology and pollutant emission of major secondary lead enterprises basically met the requirements in the New Environmental Protection Law and the China Secondary lead Industry Access Regulation. The secondary lead output of major smelters sees a rapid growth into 2015.
