The bismuth ingot 99.99%min prices in China was becoming stable in the first half of April and at the second half of the month it even rose by RMB3,000/t (0.22/lb) to RMB93,000-95,000/t (USD6.80-6.95/lb). Producers reflected that the supply of raw material was a bit tight because of the thin profit and some of them just stopped the production or holding the material at hand waiting for a better price. At the end of April, the inquiries from trader and consumers saw an obvious increase and the purchase was more active than that of March.
