In early February, most suppliers hold back from selling and leave for holiday and some dowanstream buyers added little amount of stocks. In late February, market participants who just return back report inquiries and deals concluded on spot market and offers increase slightly. With prices trend not very clear, suppliers are careful in giving offers.
