Seamless pipe prices remained unchanged in most Chinese cities this month. Domestic traders and buyers took a long holiday in February and the seamless pipe market showed no signs of improving, given the absence of market participants. Taking into consideration the sluggish oil industry, as well as lower raw material prices, insiders believe seamless pipe prices will demonstrate a downward trend in March.
