As there was a long Spring Festival holiday in February, practical transaction days were much fewer. As some end users stopped production and purchasing for long time, HRC market remained quiet in major cities. Prices in North China were stable, while those in South and East China fell a little. About the coming market, insiders predict a small price increase because of the low market inventory and production from mills.
