In January, prices of mercury metal continue downward trend in the first half of the month, and gradually turn stable later till the end of the month. Some suppliers with capital pressure continue to conclude deals at lower offers, while others hold firm offers or hold back from selling. So the market sees chaotic offers. With Chinese Spring Festival coming next month, market participants are in holiday mood and would leave the market soon. It is expected quiet market next month.
