Seamless pipe prices maintained their downward trend in most Chinese cities this month, impacted by the lower raw material prices, as well as the weak downstream demand. February is traditionally considered the off-season for the seamless pipe industry with most traders and buyers taking a long holiday for the Spring Festival.
