The stainless scarp market remained sluggish this month with prices demonstrating a downward trend. Moreover, the price of the raw material - nickel decreased to some extent at the same time. Demand for stainless scrap is likely to become weaker with the approach of Chinese Lunar New Year. Therefore, insiders believe stainless scrap market will continue to run slowly next months and prices are likely to fall further.
