Chinese steel plate prices nationwide continued to slide during November, while the markdown narrowed slightly compared to October. Many steel mills resumed production after the APEC meeting, so shipments are expected to grow from the beginning of December, but downstream demand is unlikely to improve in winter. Therefore, insiders predict that steel plate prices are likely to go down slightly in December.
