In October, the Chinese tungsten market showed no signs of rebounding. Domestic cemented carbide industry remained sluggish, which led end users to delay purchasing tungsten products. Suppliers have to lower their offers to promote sales. It was said that Chinese export taxes and quota would be cancelled next year, so most overseas consumers held wait-and-see attitudes towards the future market. Consumers have no plans to rebuild substantial purchases and export market remained soft. It is predicted that the market will remain dim and demand is hard to pick up next month.
