. Downstream markets kept flat, and purchasers continued to delay making purchases . Impacted by the storage, the markets for dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide witnessed increasing inquiries and prices . But the demand for other products remains weak . The rare earth export market showed flat tendencies in October . The combination of abundant stocks of importers and the sliding prices for rare earth in domestic market resulted in weak demand in the export market . It is predicted that the entire rare earth market will continue to be inactive in November.
