During this month, HRC prices decreased significantly in South China, while those in East and North China increased slightly. Prices in futures market offered no significant support. As it was in the off season, the downstream demand was lower than expectation. In the coming month, mills will deliver more to North and East China, so Chinese HRC market price will remain stable in general.
