Electrical steel prices showed a stable trend this month after being on a downward trend last month. Although market prices stopped declining, the sales performance for domestic traders was far from encouraging in the absence of any support from downstream demand. Since most leading electrical steel producers, including Baosteel and WISCO, kept their ex-works prices for July delivery unchanged, insiders believe electrical steel prices will continue to be stable next month.
