European and North American cobalt metal prices kept moving down, and the markets remained quiet with few of deals. Suppliers had to move down offers in order to keep sale volumes. The enquiries were rare in the market in the second half month. Market participants thought that consumers still held some materials and would not return to the market in the short time and the demand for the materials would continue to be soft. Chinese market also witnessed weak demand from downstream and the prices of cobalt products kept moving down in April.
