Prices for titanium tetrachloride, titanium sponge and titanium products went down repeatedly, and few new orders were concluded. Impacted by the dropping prices of aluminite powder alongside weak demand, Chinese ferrotitanium prices slid dramatically in March.
Ferrotitanium prices in Europe went down further mainly due to oversupply, and demand from steel mills remained quiet with few new tenders. The Russian ferrotitanium market merely remained stable with unchanging prices. Impacted by the dropping international ferrotitanium prices, ferrotitanium 70%min in India moved down, but ferrotitanium 30%min prices remained stable.
