As is expected, steel billet market struggled this month. Demand from coiled steel market increased with higher operation rate in spring, boosting slight appreciation in steel billet prices, though the increase was marginal due to limited release in demand from end market. Moreover, no deals were concluded in most regions after price appreciation.
