The HR strip price in some regions witnessed a downward trend in the first 10 days of the month, but it rebounded by the end. Most steel mills reduced their output of HR strip, and an increase in the price of raw materials also stimulated the HR strip price to go up. Sales performance became better at the end of the month and participants were more confident about the market outlook. Under such conditions, insiders predict that the HR strip price is likely to go up next month.
