Downstream buyers of indium were busy replenishing after the Spring Festival holiday and exchanges continued to increase indium stocks. Furthermore, the supply of crude indium decreased, impacted by the Spring Festival holiday. As a result, supply on the Chinese indium market was tight during February and prices rose. The indium prices then decreased temporarily. However, taking an optimistic view on the future market, suppliers held back from selling, halting any further decline in prices and eventually pushing them up.
