In January, Chinese chrome market runs slowly with few deals concluded, though the prices of ferrochrome and chrome ore keep steady. Due to low purchasing prices of high carbon ferrochrome in January, there is no sign for chrome market to get recovery soon. Meanwhile, with the coming Spring Festival holiday in late January, more and more buyers would leave the market and Chinese chrome market would becomes much quieter. It is expected that in February Chinese chrome market would continue to run weakly and lowly with stalemate between suppliers and buyers.
