Even though prices of raw materials like iron ore increased slightly this month, its support for CRC production cost was quite limited. Steel mills had no choice but to keep CRC ex-works prices unchanged or to decrease them for December production. Prices of CRC in Chinese leading markets witnessed a downward trend this month. Market participants were still cautious about future market. Insiders deem it is hard for CRC price to go up in the following month.
