The market of titanium in October kept sluggish, and the prices of titanium sponge moved down as the demand from downstream titanium products producers became weaker and weaker. Most producers ran at low capacity with the heavy pressure of oversupply. Only suppliers of Hainan titanium ilmenite lifted the prices while the sales volume shrunk.
