October proves to be the continuity of last month when both reductive calcium clump and granule markets witnessed price markdowns with clump oversupply as the precondition. The week right after Chinese National Day sees another price slump by RMB500/t (USD80/t) ex works to RMB15,500-15,700/t (USD2,522-2,555/t) ex works in the reductive calcium clump market with downstream domestic and export granule markets following the lead from RMB18,800-19,300/t (USD3,059-3,141/t) ex works to RMB18,300-18,800/t (USD2,978-3,059/t) ex works and from USD3,230-3,280/t FOB China to USD3,180-3,230/t FOB China separately
. Transactions grow frequent with the appearance of the traditionally low prices in the calcium clump market after the seven-day festive holiday .
