Chinese bismuth ingot prices increased sharply in August. The prices reached many producers’ target prices and producers were active in selling materials in late August. The market demand saw no obvious increase at the time. Chinese bismuth ingot prices retreat slightly in early September. However, with the purchasing activities increasing, the prices started to pick up again since the second week of September. Chinese bismuth export market saw more orders in September.
